The Client’s Goal

The Bristol Hotel, located near the Virginia-Tennessee border, is a 65-room hotel bursting with Southern charm. In early 2024, The Bristol Hotel partnered with JDPR to leverage its social media platforms to showcase everything the hotel has to offer – including a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the Appalachian Mountains, street-front family dining and a historic ballroom for unforgettable events. Primarily, they wanted to develop a strong social media presence to further The Bristol Hotel’s brand awareness and drive core hotel business.

Objectives

  • Support F&B (Food & Beverage) sales and programming at Vivian’s Table and LUMAC Rooftop Bar by enhancing customer acquisition and retention through increased awareness.
  • Promote seasonal food items.

  • Shared details about upcoming hotel F&B events such as LUMAC live music, Mother’s Day Brunch and other hotel F&B promotions.
