Office Manager &
Account Coordinator
JDPR, a leading marketing communications agency in Greenville, SC, is seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager/Account Coordinator to support projects and programs as directed by the Agency’s senior leadership team. In addition to a proven track record in office management, the ideal candidate will have a background in general AP/AR bookkeeping, as well as communications/marketing experience.
This is an opportunity to lead office management processes, as well as lend support to JDPR’s Client Services team. This position requires exemplary organizational, communication and time management skills.
Manage all administrative tasks and logistical support needs as determined by the senior leadership team.
Lead monthly AR/AP activity ensuring accuracy and timeliness of client invoices.
Reconcile costs and expenses of client and agency initiatives in conjunction with account managers.
Conduct research as needed to support client initiatives.
Manage an advertising insertion schedule, sending creative materials to meet insertion deadlines.
Support the account service team with tasks as appropriate, including but not limited to, media monitoring, media list development, social media content creation, tracking andreporting.
Maintain and update Agency assets – website, case studies, etc.
Conduct research on new business projects.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or relevant field preferred.
3+ years of demonstrated experience in a relevant position accepted.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
Familiarity with marketing agency project management software, such as SilentPartner or Freshbooks, is a bonus.
